After installation, the city inspector found that the fuses did not match the breaker limits, and the exiting water line was dragging the ground which could cause it to clog and should've been cut shorter. The company said they would charge me extra to have an electrician come out, saying it's not part of our contract. We got our own electrician. The city inspector was shocked that this was the company's policy.\r On the other hand, the installers were very nice and pleasant, which made the 6 days it took to install tolerable. They accommodated my request for the door to be closed every time they came in and out of the house to keep flies outside. They cleaned up appropriately. The AC would not work and a technician had to be called in, 3 hot July days later, to fix it. more
