A new MacBook I purchased at MacForce stopped working less than a week after I bought. I asked for a replacement and was told ?since it can be fixed, I would be charged a $100 restocking fee.? This goes directly against their stated return policy. \r

I then went to the official Mac store downtown in the mall. The service person told me he would have gladly replaced it, if I had purchased it there. He then repaired it on the spot at no cost to me and sent me on my way. \r
Pros: Knowledgable
Cons: Poor customer service and return policies.
