I called Rainbow disposal this morning regarding the trash pick. The customer service representative ?Nancy? answered the phone. I asked her why one of my trash bins wasn?t emptied, and this was the 2nd time that they have missed. She insisted that I took it out too late, but I told her that I put it out before 7:00 just like what they?ve asked. She raised her voice and was very rude during the conversation, and she said ?there?s always next week? and hung up on me. I am very disappointed with Rainbow Disposal company, and strongly suggest the company to evaluate the people who they hired.\r
