we needed a car part that they did not have in-stock or at a nearby store. They ordered it on Sunday and said it would be in probably on Tuesday, but maybe on Monday. He was friendly and took our number and asked us if we would like to be called when it was in. We certainly did since our car was out of commission without the part. Wednesday afternoon came around and we still hadn't gotten a call. When I called them they said they didn't see the part and ask who we'd talked to. Then, t hey found the part and read the ""call when in"" note right to me. I would think they would pay more attention to car parts people are waiting for since they probably need them right away --- and schucks auto could've gotten in it the next day for us. I'll go cross the street and go to Schucks next time.
