So the first time we went into the store and looked over the menu and decided to place our order. I was amazed that the kid working behind the counter couldn't figure out how to take payment with a credit card. After five minutes of trying I told her I'd pay cash, have the pie ready for me I'm going over to the ATM. I got back from the ATM and paid for the pie... And waited... And waited... Finally went up to the counter. They had forgotten about my order. So I got to wait a whole wait over again for the pie I'd just paid for because they weren't willing to just give me my money back. \r

Whatever. What can go wrong with delivery, right? Well, the girl takes my phone number....long pause.... Then she takes my address. \r

""Have we delivered to you before?""\r
""No -- just moved into the area.""\r

""Oh. Are you in our area?""\r
""Yes, I'm about half a mile away.""\r
Long pause.\r

After a few more questions (interspersed with long pauses) she takes my order then hands the phone to someone else who... Wants to take my name, phone number, address, and order all over again. \r

I'll just call Jet City instead.
Pros: pretty good pie
Cons: awful phone service, awful service in the store
