I've lived here for a few years. I think Jim could use some bed-side manner training...but he's not too bad most of the time. Malayne is always polite and has what I need. I hate that some of the rules are so strict. But I love that they are because it keeps the community from turning into a trailer park! The layout is nice and the pool and park are always clean (except when vandals find too much free time in the summer). I guess my biggest gripe would have to be with the other residents. They just dont know how to either mind their own business or just speak and be neighborly (unless they need something). But in any case, I enjoy my quiet time at home. The community is tucked away but close enough to where I need to go.
