Ok. Never have done this before. Actually a few firsts. Seriously, horrible horrible horrible service. The expensive thermador double oven, and bosch dishwasher and fancy fan etc, etc, didn't help one bit. We have this fany oven, and it has been broken more this past year then it has worked. The repair guy from Meyer was the most unfriendly and make you feel uncomfortable type of person that I have ever had as a service person. Not only did he not know how to repair it, and had to keep scheduling more and more appts to come back, he was so rude and offensive that we finally had to tell Meyer we didn't want to see him anymore. They gave us another place, (we of course had to do all the footwork - find our sales number, paperwork etc and scheudle) - and they actually fixed it. quickly. well, broken again. Meyer is unwilling to help, and they don't know who they referred us to. I really can't even explain the feeling I get when I have to call them, nasea and frustration and pure feeling of helplessness comes to mind. Shop elsewhere, save yourself while you still can.
