I went with my family and my in laws to get out pictures done at image express in Salem OR 3 weeks before Christmas. It was wonderful. We had a total of 7 adults 2 kids and 2 babies. The customer service we received was great. I loved the fact that they had one person taking the pictures, and another taking care of the people. This kind of service made real smiles in our photos. Not to mention the prices were wonderful. I enjoyed it so much we were back in a few weeks later with my mother and father and the rest of our family; again it was a large group of people with 6 adults and 5 children. We couldn't be happier with our experiences and we will most definitely be going back. As for the poor review about the photos not being done in an hour Since we got our photos done during the holidays I expected that they would be rushing around to finish other orders and we did have to wait an extra 45 minutes. I was fine with that. And the quality of the photos was worth the price we paid. Like I said before we will be back and I will recommend image express to friends.
