I have lived at this place for around an year now ( bound by lease ) and it has been the worst experience of my life so far. The management here is out to fine you. The hallways stink of smoke and the moment you complain about them the building manager is out to find fault in your behavior. The condominiums have rule books which the management staff shows to you all the time. The wont let you in if you forget the keys, even though they know you live there. You cannot move stuff in and out of the building without them complaining about the move, and they charge you a 60 dollar move in and move out fees, everytime. The swimming pool at the site is never open ( the management wants to save money). The building manager (supervisor) is horrendously rude and doesnt like people of foreign origin ( race...ist). I would not recommend this place to my enemy
