I give Northland cable a negative rating...there customer service is horrible. If you have a problem they fix it when its convenient for them and not the customer. And then, sometimes they don't get it fixed at all. Their technicians even admit their customer service is awful..Granted I live in a community where there are only a few 100 subscribers but I still get charges rates equal to what I was paying when I had Charter cable so my subscription should be just as important as the ones in larger subdivisions. My suggestion!!! if Northland is the only cable company in your area,,,,, GET A DISH INSTEAD THE technician even said they tried to sell of the area I'm in because they lost soooo many subscribers...I wonder why, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out....
