Among the items I purchased was a multi-roll package of Marcal paper towels prominently advertised at 80 sheets per roll. What I received was the exact same Marcal paper towels, but actually 70 sheets per roll. When I called customer service, they gave me some baloney about not being able ship via UPS and having to substitute this item. When I asked what options I have, like maybe a small credit, the customer service rep said they would not reduce the price and that I could keep them or they would pick them up and refund my money. I opted to return them. I hate being a victim of bait and switch. You would think it would cost them more in shipping/handling/fuel charges to pick up the package than to give me a credit of $2.\r
