First of all, BOB obviously you were jipped! I wanted to upgrade my standard refrigerator to a side by side and they told me that it would be $560 extra! That is ridiculous! I can buy a brand new one for a little more than that! But that is not the point. You need to understand some things here. Your name is Bob and mine is not. We are two completely different people so of course you will have different customer service than I BECAUSE WE ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON. Everyone has bad experiences with everything. You can not lie to everyone that reads these reviews and say that you don?t have bad experiences. Also, you can not speak for me and say that I do not love my home as well. I have a very non understanding boss so if you knew anything you would know that not everyone is able to get out of work like you and stay at home waiting for people. Because people like you do not think about others and other people's situation. Even though I couldn't stay at home I had a family member stay at my home and wait for these unreliable people all day long! My good friend at the leasing office even told me that the delivery people came by the office in case there WAS a key left there and these delivery people said 'that's okay, we will call the homeowners right now and let them know we will come by tomorrow' !!!!!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN COME BY TOMORROW!!!! AND NOT EVEN A CALL! So next time, before you go and talk about people who can speak English better than you can, you first need to get all of your facts together.
