These apartments have lots of issues that Management is aware of but have not corrected (and appears that they are not going to correct as it has been almost a year that I am aware of). I have been told to do my own general maintenance and clean up of mold that is breeding and growing in my apartment due to the condesation of poorly fit windows & sliding door. There is mold growing up the walls in my apartment unit and I was told to keep all items pulled away from the walls that this is ""normal"" in a 40 year old building and to clean it with a bleach water solution. I was without hot water for a week over Christmas because emergancy maintenance didn't call me back when my water heater went out and now I am being told that it will be Monday at least before they will have another water heater for me I was told this at 3pm on Friday. There is a very musky odor that about knos you over when you walk in the main entrance of the 542 Enderly building and we have been told several different reasons but nothing has been corrected and it is so bad that many members of family and friends can not even visit due to the breathing problems that this has caused for them. So please beware and be forewarned before leasing at this apartment community. \r
