Hmmm.... I question the authenticity of the comment by justdoughit, considering there is a pizza place a few blocks away called John Dough's. Not to mention there is a favorable posting for John Dough's by this individual on the same day.\r

Anyhow, the special of 2 large 1 toppping pizzas did go up 2 bucks (14.99 to 16.99), but we find the pizza to worth the extra cost. Pizza is thin, and the crust is chewy. It's not pizza that I would find in my hometown, New York City (...yeah, another New Yorker proudly raving about our pizza, blah blah blah), but Brick Oven is above average compared to other pizza joints in Colorado and is certainly a nice surprise in this small town.
