Fleming Court Apartments in Topeka Kansas have some very questionable practices concerning tenant treatment, policy, and procedures. I do not recommend these apartments. If you do not want to rely on our past experiences here, just talk to some of the current renters (talk to them privately, not with management around). People will be reluctant to tell the truth in fear of reprisal from the local management. We can not locate anyone beyond the local manager to complain to and others have had the same problem. The local manager would not have a job if anyone could find out who employs her, which renters have not been able to do. If you already live at Fleming Court, get your name on a waiting list at another apartment and move when you can. No one should have to put up with the treatment and attitude of this establishment.
