When I brought in my boots to be re-soled and asked how much it would cost, the person in the store told me it would be expensive because this was ""my fault."" He literally started yelling at me for not taking good enough care of my boots. Finally I said, ""Look, I'm not looking for salvation here, I'm just looking for help with my boots."" In a nutshell, he was a abrasive and unhelpful and I ended up deciding to go elsewhere!
