HMy fiance had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to bring our puppy for grooming services, and he arrived at 10:15 a.m. (due to bad weather), only to be told, with a foul attitude, that she was unwilling to take our puppy because she doesn?t ?hold appointments?. It was quite obvious that she had no intention of even attempting to accommodate him.\r
My fiance immediately took our puppy to another local groomer who was more than willing to take him as a ?walk-in?. My fiance was told he was the third customer that they?ve recently acquired due to the unprofessional behavior and rudeness of the Luv & Suds staff.
