I have been working out at this studio for several months now and have become completely addicted and feel fantastic. I had a negative experience at another studio and now realize is it really about the instructors and their philosophy. Katie and her colleagues are all fantastic instructors and private sessions are excellent workouts. Once you take a mat class from Katie or Kim you will realize just what you were missing from thos ""gym pilates mat"" classes. I highly recommend this studio - the intro offer is a great way to try them out. An added bonus - easy parking.
