I have been in the music business for nearly 20 years. One of the worst parts of the business is shopping for gear. I hate working with pushy sales people. You won't find that here. I entered the very clean and visually appealing store to a very cheerful greeting. The employee asked if I needed assistance and, when I told him I didn't, he left me to shop on my own. When I had questions, I recieved prompt, knowlegable, polite answers. When I decided to order a product not in stock, I was given a great price. The item has yet to arrive, but it's only been about 3 days. I have no doubt it will be exactly as expected. I would recommend this store to anyone. My only complaint: You guys need a website!
