Our salesperson, Greg, was the greatest salesperson we have encountered in years. He was polite, informative, not too pushy but attentive and his attention to detail was amazing. We purchased a package through him and placed some money down while we waited to purchase our home. In the meantime he encouraged us to look for a better deal and Ultimate Electronics would match it. A month later we went back in to get the TV and Greg remembered our names and what we had purchased. Even though the store was very busy he still gave us all his attention and help. We would highly recommend him and Ultimate Electronics.
