We were shopping around for quotes and my wife, being a new immigrant in this country, was issued a temp DL in CA. Her foreign driving history is excellent and so she was hoping to get professional advice or help from them. Instead, the lady rep dismissed her questions and explanations and told her that she has to get her permanent DL. My wife was only asking. My wife got her CA DL and the rudeness was totally uncalled for.
