I contracted Athens Cedar Creek Plumbing to change out a hot water heater thermal couple at my girlfriends house in Malakoff on Oct.6,07. While I was at the Lowes in Gun Barrell City, the plumber came and instead of changing the thermal couple as agreed to, he simply tapped on the propane tank with his knuckles and told my girlfriend that her tank was empty and charged $80 cash! I have asked for a refund of the $65 'labor' charge and David Leos refused to refund this fee. I did not get what we were charged for. Stay away from this contractor unless you want to get ripped off.
