Citronella Collar Used on Overnight 1/21/2008

During the mandatory overnight stay prior to boarding Tappen Hill used a Citronella Spray Collar on my 15-month-old PWD without informing me ahead of time. A citronella liquid sprayed into his eyes, nose and mouth whenever he barked, as well as onto my 10-yr-old PWD that was staying with him. I had specifically said to call me if there were any problems that night. No barking is allowed at this kennel. How is that possible at a dog kennel? The superior attitude and slick marketing at Tappen Hill betray a ruthless attitude towards their doggie charges. Cons: Not concerned about dogs, only about $$$$ more
