Had problems with tail-light. Livingston VW mechanic misdiagnosed it as bulb-holder and changed. They had the car for three days, till the part arrives. They don't offer loaner vehicles. They charged me 290 for labor and 35 for the part. The problem reappeared within a few hours, meaning they didn't fix it. The mechanic says he has to look at it, now that he realizes its not due to bulb-holder, perhaps due to bad wiring. But, I had to pay for the labor and the part both of which are useless.\r

Now, they have my car for the past two days and they still haven't gotten to work on it.
