much more sauce than beef. Beef on ribs was non-existent. What was there was ok....but why pay to gnaw on nearly bare bones. -----flabergasted,,,, what a nerve to serve such a thing!\r
Horrible sides---dried up salad and code slaw, mushy mac & cheese on flimsy paper plates on not so clean tables. Pork and brisket was acceptable --------not sure now, my judgement still clouded by the beef ribs and sides.\r
Pros: bare bones --beef ribs, horrible sides
Cons: acceptable pork, beef brisket
