Make sure you know what car want (know all the features) when you walk into Davis- they will try to put you in a vehicle that is on their lot.\r
Have patience- you will wait a long time and they do not give you personalized attention. (It took 5 days to close our deal.)\r
Make sure you get everything in writing. Charles cannot back up his ""handshake"" deals.\r
Don't fall for the ""dealership vs. MSRP"" price spiel. Talk with their fleet folks for a better deal.\r
Don't give them ANY information unless you plan on buying from them. They conducted an unauthorized credit check on me.
