Arrived at restaurant at 6 pm on a Sunday. Were seated and waited on promptly, however, we ate 2 1/2 loaves of bread between 3 people before our appetizer arrived, waited another 10 minutes for salads, and then sat around some more. We were served our steaks after 7 pm - over 1 hour after our arrival, and the 3 steaks we requested as medium to medium well were all barely warm and oozing red. Did we want to wait even longer to send it all back for proper cooking? No thanks, if they couldn't even get it right after an hour!! We told the server of our displeasure and the manager on duty came by and tossed us a coupon for a free Blooming Onion at our next visit. As if there will be a next visit. He didn't even bother to express any opinions or display any concern that the cooks did not know what 'medium' steak is supposed to look like, or any comments as to why they couldn't manage to cook them to done in the ample time they had (the restaurant was busy, but not too busy, as I mentioned we were seated and orders taken right away). Sorry, but if we're going to spend $75 on dinner for 3, we expect to eat in a reasonable time and have the food taste right. It is obvious that the staff at this restaurant, while cordial, really don't care enough to make the dining experience a good one. At least 5 staff people asked us how our dinner was and when we said 'not so good, the steaks weren't done' they just stared at us and said 'Oh"". That wouldn't be so bad, except that the manager did little more than that himself as well. I find no value in the food we received given the price we paid for it. I think whomever owns this restaurant might benefit from sending his management and staff to some training in what real customer service is about (and while they're at it, send the cooks back to school as well)!
Pros: Good bread
Cons: Food not done, much too slow
