Steve Locke came to my house for a simple service on my furnace. Let?s just say he was full of ****. The furnace being only 4 years old is still under warranty. He tried telling me it was a junk unit and I should replace it one his or he was going to break the contract for the yearly maintenance I had with them. Later that year I had the A/C unit replaced by a different company. I actually caught Mr. Locke snooping around the outside of my house and turned me into the city for not having a permit. We are currently in court for a trespassing charge I have against him.
