I needed a space to rent for 6 months while I was in Round Rock this past year. The lady who manages/owns the unit was very polite and easy to talk too. For the next six months, exactly 4 days prior to the end of the month, she would call and remind all of her occupants that rent is coming due. I ended up needing a few extra days into a new month to empty my space. I was completely prepared to pay a compensated rate but she waived the extra days and thanked me for my business.
