I will not be renewing a lease here. I'm here 6 months. Let's not even speak of the lies that were told to me to get me in here. Then there was a pest problem of the ""German"" kind not Palmetto , a flea problem that I took care of myself , urine and dog poo in the breezeway. They finally painted the place and cleaned that up.... Now we have to walk through Captain Crunch to get down the stairs.....management said they would take care of it, but, a week later we still have cereal and now someone threw up all the way down the side of the railing from the 3rd floor, domestic disputes, and the now we have crazies running into the property with their cars..... busted up the garage and was way too close to my car for comfort.... No.... I think I will move. I don't need to buy a new car. There is no security living here the gate is a joke!
