I had my house plans drawn up here and it took about 2 weeks to get the preliminary drawings. After I made some changes and took the plans back it took about 2 weeks to get the final drawings. The plans were technically a bit sloppy but they are buildable. It was nice to be able to make changes and customize the plans.
Pros: affordable. customizable.
