Really nice and quaint little chapel to have a wedding 1/8/2008

I would recommend this little chapel for a small wedding. The victorian touch is so sweet and charming. The room where the bride gets ready has antique furnature and a past time elegance. The owner, Clint Williams, was very friendly and always available for any questions. I particularly liked Pastor Sams as he was genuine and funny. He had a Godly sense about him that made our vows that much more important and heartfelf. The ringing of the bell tower after our marriage was so memorable to everyone. I would recommend this chapel for a wedding but steer clear of having the reception in the basement. The reception hall is cute.... but there is no other choice but Muntean's catering and they messed up my entire wedding meal that was supposed to be an elegant sit down dinner. They left the food on the individual plates in a warmer for an hour prior to serving it so it was dry and unedible. I still have not healed from this embarrassment. Also.... he will only give you 15 minutes to set up your decorations or flowers.... after 15 minutes the night before the wedding he literally kicked us out and locked the door prior to us putting all the flowers in. I have never met a more errogant man. Steer clear from him.... but I recommend the Chapel for weddings. Pros: Cute as a button chapel.... elegant and with a Victorian feel. Very unique. Cons: very expensive for a quick 20 minute wedding.... but you get the chapel one hour prior and after the wedding for pictures. more
