I have so many complaints againts these apartments, there is no way I could write them all here. In general, I have lived here 1.5 years and in that time, and from the moment I moved in, the washing machine hasn't worked properly, the dishwasher was broken. the carpet was disgusting, the AC leaks, several pieces of furniture (in furnished apt.) were missing, the showerheads were broken, and numerous other things. So far, the AC was fixed simply because the water damage would have cost them too much more money, and I was given one barstool and 2 broken end tables. Currently, it is 8:30am on a Saturday and I was awoken to my walls shaking and a picture sliding down the wall over my head... there are 2 guys with a pressure washer cleaning the 3rd floor, with their machine on the 2nd floor, and all the cords and tools running around my apt on the first floor, drapped across the outdoor AC units which I know can not be safe. And of course the management office does not even open until 10am. Water is everywhere pouring down from the top floor, and there are no safety precautions be taken whatsoever. The management company is completely incompetent, they seem more concerned with making a buck than realizing they are managing the buildings where hunderds of people make their homes. And while the staff and ownership rotates frequently, they still just don't seem to care about the residents. Please, if you like to enjoy your life, do NOT live here! It has been a horrible living and college experience and I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
