A friend of ours raves about this place so we had to try it. First, the cashier didn't seem to know much about the products she was selling. She fumbled for answers. Secondly, gourmet or not, the prices were crazy high for PIZZA. The crust was fine; the tomato sauce was basically crushed tomatoes with no spices - it's organic, I know but organic can be tasty; the toppings were fresh although sparse; and the size of the pizza was genrally smaller than I'm used to. I know a lot of pizza ""joints"" serve you on paper plates but salads served on wax paper and baskets? TACKY. Don't call your restaurant gourmet if you are going to put stuff on fastfood plates and hand out plastic cutlery. Our pizza took forever and a day to cook. Our beers were too expensive. The boardgames they had were all missing a lot of parts - so we could not even entertain ourselves. The floor was dirty. For a couple and a 2 year old to spend over $30.00 for pizza and 2 beers is a little over the top. Last straw: No one said ""Welcome"" or thank you for your business. We will never return.
Pros: Healthier than usual dough and sauce.
Cons: Everything else - SIGH.
