I was apprehensive to take my first dog to doggie day care and leave him there all day, but when I met with Kim in their Charlotte location, I was at ease. I was worried the interview process might be stuffy and it was nothing more than a conversation and a quick check on the vet records. She showed me the facility and let me watch my puppy walk in and start playing. She answered all of my questions, and encouraged me to call as many times as I wanted to check in. I have had nothing but smiles and nice comments from every employee there. I have a feeling that some dog owners are over protective and expect a big ""to-do"" about their dog, which isn't realistic in a facility like this. I have not boarded my dog there yet, but wold not hesitate to do so. I would highly recommend the Charlotte location. With 80-90 dogs on average a day, I would say I am not the only one in love with this place! If you don't believe me, you should see how excited & happy the dogs are that come in and out every day. All I ever see are dogs with wagging tails!
