I bought a $9.00 fish from this store yesterday, today less than 12 hours later, it is DEAD. I bought it because my son really wanted it, so I called to see what their guarantee was and they say if I can bring in a water sample within 2 days, then they will test my water and make sure it wasn't my water. This being the water that I have had several fish living in and some for up to 4 years. I live 30 miles away ( that's 60 miles round trip) it would cost me more tha $9.00 to go there and back with the price of gas. I asked them could I just bring it the next time I am in Denton, the answer was two days or not at all. So, if you are in the market for fish, I suggest you go to PetSmart, they have a 14 day guarantee on their fish. If a fish can't even make it 12 hours, then something is wrong with that fish. For the record, I have been a long time shopper of Fish N Chirps, but not anymore. The worst part of it was when my son got home from school and wanted to see his new fish and it was already dead, so now I have a disappointed child with no fish. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!
