To be brief: The entire experience was a total disaster. Upon entering, the wait staff was standing around chatting about their lives, and no greeting. When we were finally seated the waiter was extremely terse for no apparent reason and forgot our menus. Our chili con queso never came before our entrees. Our entrees were stone cold in the center, and had to be sent back - something we rarely do. After requesting the queso again, it finally came after our entrees were finished, but it was stone cold and solid. We asked for it to be reheated, but it never reappeard again the entire meal except on the bill! The waiter (a veteran there) just was oblivious to all the problems and didn't care nor apologize. Very strange. We will NEVER eat there again.
