I have dealt with several different stores throughout my years in business and I can honestly say I have never experienced better customer service, and tech support anywhere. I had a hard drive crash and was out of commision, with gigs coming up soon, Karaoke Kandy store loaned me a CAVS while they worked to restore or replace my song library. I have had many dealings with them and everyone of them have been pleasant. Their prices are also very good, and they truly will match others prices. But even if their prices were a bit higher, I would still purchase there because you get the great service and support from these guys that isn't found anywhere else.
