My step-dad spent $2500 at Veranda buying four pairs of David Yurman pearl earrings for myself and my sisters for Christmas. However, I already owned the identical pair. David Yurman told us we would have to return/exchange with the retail store and the owner of Veranda very nastily refused to accept an exchange. She was incredibly rude and did not apologize or express any sympathy for the situation. We even offered to accept a lower exchange value - anything not to be stuck with two idential pairs of $625 dollar earrings and no way out. Even more than the bad customer service policy I was struck by the rude and unfeeling treatment I recieved from the owner - I will NOT be going back. more
