I'm not sure how he does it, but it seems Chef Stephen Sicola takes the cuisine to higher levels with each meal served at Sicola's. There is such beauty in owning the venue for the evening and having all details attended to. I love Sicola's and will continue to have all my functions there.
Pros: Private Dining in a stand alone venue
Cons: Only holds up to about 50 people - which I actually consider a pro
