Terrible service, didn't return our calls when we called with questions, over charged us, didn't explain pick-up policies, gave us half the food back that I measured out for my dogs to be fed, my dogs came back lethargic and skinny, put my dogs in with other dogs when I requested that they not be. Just an all around terrible experience, unlike I've had with any other kennels I've used.
Pros: Had spots available...now we know why...
Cons: Dogs came back lethargic, skinney, and flea-infested.
