This company has no customer service; most of the staff is rude, ignorant, and apathetic. Bridesmaids order dresses and paid more than half on 10-27-07. They were told that a letter would be mailed to them when the dresses arrived. On 1-15-08, after three calls of ?we?ll call you back?, and $700 of deposit money. The dresses were never ordered. This is awful and poor business practice. more
