This is sort of a response to the last review. The chefs at Niko can be jokesters. From reading this persons review my guess is they told him the fish was frozen as a joke and he didn't get it. I am a sushiholic for many years, and until recently went out of my way to try many sushi places in the valley. Since I found Niko I have trouble going anywhere else. The cuts are fresh and the portions are the largest I have seen. The chefs are very open to creating their own dishes and more than happy to take suggestions if you have them. This is about as flexible a sushi bar as I have seen and the food is delicious.
