I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the listing paperwork done and online. I had been with a different agent for 6 months prior to these guys, and I had not seen such quick call returns and answered questions. My home was under contract within a week after sitting for 6 months! It could have been lucky timing, but I have to say that everything has been very smooth and very professional during the whole transaction. I was living out of town and travelling during the negotiations and closing process. The communication was great and the whole process went smoothly. I give much of the credit to Mark and his team.
