I recently called New Image after seeing their ad for Botox and the ""dermal filler"" they had advertised as well. When I asked if I would be receiving the actual brand ""Botox"" (which is trade marked by the company Allergan Pharmaceuticals) I was told no it would not be ""Botox"" but that it was just like Botox. After further questioning, the representative informed me that New Image purchases their ""injectables"" from a pharmacy in Mexico. Furthermore, I was also informed that the staff member which performs the treatments has basically gone to a one day training class and does not hold a medical or nursing degree or any other board related certification. In my opinion as a registered nurse, this can't be safe and I would encourage potential clients to be weary of operations such as this one.
