I am the owner of the COlorBoxx Salon. I was here the day the perm was given. I a firm believer in the client is always right but this is a false statement. Judy did a beautiful perm even though the client dictated each step she made. She seemed unhappy from the moment she walked in the door. Judy stated that she would gladly redo it aftera proper calming period for the hair to recover. Ask any of Judy's clients or coworkers , she cares about good customer service and a good hair service. The client is mistaken in this case and landerous remarks about a hardworking person is unfair and in bad taste.
