My wife and I find the food and service at both Dockside Restaurant and their fish market well above many others in Morro Bay. They have that friendly family feeling that is hard to find, and it pleases us to see so many regulars eating there. When on the coast we enjoy their clam chowder, but their bisques are to die for. We love Dungeness crab, and they are a perfect fit for us as that is the only crab they serve. If your looking for that fake KRAB taste then you should look elsewhere. We understand they have their own fishing boat, and the husband is a life long local commercial fisherman. Doesn't get any fresher than that! On nice days we enjoy their fresh fish market that includes outside seating and dining. A different menu but as enjoyable as in the restaurant, and dog friendly too! Nobody is perfect but good food, and a good value.
