so is Concordia. Here's a tip: train the staff. Not everyone is automatically ready to handle a 20 table section. Also, it's important to tell them to make eye contact and approach tables, as opposed to pulling the old, ""I can't see you and you can't see me, so I'll drop off your food/beer and keep walking"" routine. Man, that's annoying. Maybe you guys overdid it, and maybe you're having money trouble, but you can only cut labor so much before you alienate your customer base. The occasional suburban interloper, or corporate business lunch monkey, may stumble in unawares, but those of us who live nearby are your bread and butter, and we're getting a bit restless. Stop shortchanging us. We like your beer selection too, you know.
Pros: Great beer, decent food, 2 pinball machines... who doesn't love pinball? Satan?
