I was so disappointed with my experience! I went in to have something monogrammed and they seemed as though they did not have time to help me. I was passed off to another employee while placing my order and the person previously helping me started reprimanding one of the employees. The new employee helping me kept putting down initials when I wanted the whole name. After I had the name cleared up I was told it would be ready in a week (Monday after 4pm). I was not very upset after this visit because anyone can have a bad day. I arrived back the following Tuesday around 2pm and was told that it might not be ready because it was not after 4pm. I informed her it was Tuesday the day after it was supposed to be ready. She brought it out and said it had not been clipped because the clipper did not come in until noon and that is why they say ?after 4pm?. I did not even bother to say AGAIN that it was the day after it was supposed to be ready. The item was correct and did look nice, but next time I will go somewhere else! I spent $30 to have something embroidered and was not treated with courtesy. I will not recommend this store.
