I called for a fireplace cleaning. There was a four week wait so I scheduled it four weeks out. I called the day before the appointment to confirm, nobody was answering the office phone so I left a message to call me for it was a 2 1/2 drive for me to get to my vacation home. Nobody bothered to call to confirm from my confirmation message. So I drove up and they called me at my vacation house right before the appointment to reschedule beacuse they couldn't make it. I said I don't think so. I will do business with a comapny that cares about their customers and their time.
Pros: can't think of any!
